Movie Web reported that Jason Statham chose to move away from the next action comedy film, The Man From Toronto. Created by Sony Pictures, the film was due out in November this year, however, Jason Statham has withdrawn from the project, and his future is unclear.

Sources said that Jason Statham would team up with Kevin Hart was his main selling point. Now the studio has to find another actor who can fill their shoes, which can be difficult. The plot of the film follows a man, played by Kevin Hart, who is mistaken for a Toronto murderer.

Fans of the pair know they last worked together in the spinoff film from Fast and Furious, Hobbs and Shaw, where Kevin had a small but crucial role.
